Os sal\u00e1rios foram pagos com reajuste de 7%. O percentual representa um ganho real de 1,21% pois a infla\u00e7\u00e3o acumulada em 2022, tendo por base o \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA), foi de 5,79%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cA exemplo do que ocorreu no ano passado, antecipamos a data-base dos servidores municipais que, normalmente, ocorre em fevereiro. Tomamos essa decis\u00e3o levando em considera\u00e7\u00e3o os efeitos da pandemia, que ainda s\u00e3o sentidos na economia\u201d, explica Junior da Femac.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">No caso dos professores, tamb\u00e9m passou a valer o novo piso estabelecido pelo Governo Federal, com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em toda a carreira do magist\u00e9rio. O sal\u00e1rio inicial da categoria foi elevado para R$ 4.420,55. O percentual de reajuste da categoria foi de 14,95%, seguindo os par\u00e2metros do Governo Federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">O prefeito ressalta que o reajuste com ganho real vem sendo concedido desde 2013. \u201cEssa j\u00e1 \u00e9 uma tradi\u00e7\u00e3o desta administra\u00e7\u00e3o, que come\u00e7ou com o ex-prefeito Beto Preto e que estamos dando continuidade. \u201cReiteramos nosso\u00a0compromisso de pagar rigorosamente em dia os sal\u00e1rios dos servidores, incluindo todos os encargos sociais.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Prefeitura de Apucarana liberou antecipadamente, nesta sexta-feira (27), a folha de pagamento dos sal&aacute;rios dos servidores p&uacute;blicos municipais, referente ao m&ecirc;s de janeiro.
