A implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, que ser\u00e1 desenvolvido pela prefeitura, por meio da Secretaria da Mulher e Assuntos da Fam\u00edlia (SEMAF), Poder Judici\u00e1rio, Conselho dos Direitos das Mulheres e Procuradoria da Mulher da C\u00e2mara Municipal, teve mais um grande avan\u00e7o hoje.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto foi apresentado nesta quinta-feira para a desembargadora Ana L\u00facia Louren\u00e7o, respons\u00e1vel pela Coordenadoria Estadual da Mulher em Situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica e Familiar do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Paran\u00e1 (CEVID-TJPR). A reuni\u00e3o realizada por meio de v\u00eddeo confer\u00eancia com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do prefeito Junior da Femac, da secret\u00e1ria da SEMAF Denise Canesin, da presidente da Procuradoria da Mulher da C\u00e2mara Municipal Jossuela Pirelli, do diretor do F\u00f3rum de Apucarana, juiz Osvaldo Soares Neto, teve o objetivo de formalizar o conv\u00eanio de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica entre o poder judici\u00e1rio de Apucarana e a prefeitura. Os servi\u00e7os ser\u00e3o executados por profissionais contratados pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal que atuar\u00e3o em uma sala dentro do pr\u00e9dio do f\u00f3rum local.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO projeto foi elogiado pela desembargadora Ana L\u00facia Louren\u00e7o, que disponibilizou realizar a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica dos profissionais de atuaram no servi\u00e7o. Estamos firmando um termo de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o, uma uni\u00e3o de esfor\u00e7os entre a prefeitura, c\u00e2mara municipal e judici\u00e1rio para o enfretamento da viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica em Apucarana\u201d, afirma o juiz Osvaldo Soares Neto.<\/p>\n<p>Nos pr\u00f3ximos dias o prefeito Junior da Femac ir\u00e1 encaminhar projeto de lei para institucionalizar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto que, entre outros objetivos, visa diminuir \u00edndices de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica no munic\u00edpio, e prevenir e reduzir a reincid\u00eancia pelo autor da agress\u00e3o. \u201cNa pandemia a viol\u00eancia contra mulher cresceu e a nossa decis\u00e3o \u00e9 de investir ainda mais a\u00e7\u00f5es e servi\u00e7os que garantam a prote\u00e7\u00e3o das apucaranenses\u201d, afirma Junior da Femac.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEm nossa cidade, as mulheres t\u00eam todos os recursos p\u00fablicos para atender, orientar, acolher e proteger nossas cidad\u00e3s.
