O assunto foi retomado com o presidente da Cohapar, Jorge Lange.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Demos mais um passo importante na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o dos documentos para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o das casas. A prefeitura de Apucarana far\u00e1 o asfalto, galerias e ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica. E o Governo do Estado, por meio da Cohapar, far\u00e1 as casas&#8221;, informou o prefeito, acrescentando que o di\u00e1logo com Lange foi muito produtivo.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com Junior da Femac, al\u00e9m das casas, a prefeitura disponibilizar\u00e1 terrenos para empresas expandirem suas atividades na Caixa de S\u00e3o Pedro. &#8220;Tenho um carinho especial pela querida Caixa de S\u00e3o Pedro, onde meu bisav\u00f4 Luis Toschi, av\u00f4 da minha m\u00e3e, foi o primeiro a chegar. A Caixa de S\u00e3o Pedro est\u00e1 no meu cora\u00e7\u00e3o. Ajudamos na instala\u00e7\u00e3o do mercado l\u00e1, que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 funcionando h\u00e1 algumas semanas. E agora, as casas est\u00e3o perto de se tornar realidade&#8221;, comentou o prefeito.<\/p>\n<p>O presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal, vereador Francylei de Godoi &#8220;Poim&#8221;, diz que junto com o prefeito Junior da Femac, e o secret\u00e1rio Beto Preto, vem lutando h\u00e1 alguns anos por este projeto habitacional. &#8220;Esperamos, em breve, poder dar in\u00edcio na constru\u00e7\u00e3o destas 40 casas&#8221;, assinalou Poim.<\/p>\n<p>O Munic\u00edpio desapropriou \u00e1rea de um alqueire, junto \u00e0 PR-444 (Apucarana-Mandaguari), onde dever\u00e1 iniciar as obras de abertura de ruas.
