Entre as mais de 500 sugest\u00f5es do plano, sete que n\u00e3o tiveram consenso nas oficinas t\u00e9cnicas, foram apresentadas para vota\u00e7\u00e3o no evento desta ter\u00e7a-feira. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">S\u00e3o elas:<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> recuos das edifica\u00e7\u00f5es das zonas comerciais, cobran\u00e7a de IPTU nos novos loteamentos, \u00e1reas de doa\u00e7\u00f5es, plano de gerencia<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">mento<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> de res\u00edduos da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil, par\u00e2metro do estudo de impacto de vizinhan\u00e7a, par\u00e2metro de zoneamento da regi\u00e3o do clube 28 de janeiro e obrigatoriedade de elevadores em edifica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">O parecer final sobre esses pontos vai ser apresentado no <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"pt\">pr\u00f3ximo passo do processo de revis\u00e3o do Plano Diretor <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"pt\">que <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"pt\">acontece no dia 22 de dezembro, no evento denominado \u201cConfer\u00eancia P\u00fablica da Revis\u00e3o do Plano Diretor Municipal\u201d. Ser\u00e1 no sal\u00e3o nobre da prefeitura, \u00e0s 18h30 e participam a empresa <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"pt\">respons\u00e1vel pela elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do plano <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"pt\">(DRZ Tecnologia), equipe t\u00e9cnica municipal <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"pt\">e <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"pt\">Conselho de Desenvolvimento Urbano. Atualmente, encontra-se em vigor uma vers\u00e3o parcialmente atualizada do plano diretor de 2008, que passou por alguns ajustes no ano de 2015.
