);\n\t\t});\n\t\t<\/script>\n\n\n<p>Superintendentes e diretores de diversos departamentos da Autarquia Municipal de Sa\u00fade (AMS) participaram, ontem (11\/9), de uma oficina sobre planejamento do SUS, do Programa de Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e Apoio \u00e0s Equipes Municipais de Gest\u00e3o e Planejamento do Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (Progest\u00e3o).<\/p>\n<p>O Progest\u00e3o \u00e9 uma iniciativa do Programa de P\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Sa\u00fade Coletiva e do Grupo de Pesquisa em Gest\u00e3o do SUS (GESTSUS), da Universidade Estadual de Londrina (UEL), com o objetivo de promover educa\u00e7\u00e3o permanente junto \u00e0s equipes gestoras dos munic\u00edpios, com o prop\u00f3sito de qualificar a gest\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>Stela Maris Santini, superintendente administrativa da AMS, explica que o curso \u00e9 composto por oito oficinas. A primeira ocorreu em 13 de agosto. \u201cNas duas primeiras oficinas, discutimos os desafios de ser gestor e os conceitos de territ\u00f3rio e territorializa\u00e7\u00e3o. Nesta terceira etapa, o debate concentrou-se no planejamento do SUS, no or\u00e7amento e nos instrumentos de gest\u00e3o. Essa discuss\u00e3o \u00e9 sempre muito importante, especialmente neste momento em que estamos elaborando o Plano Municipal de Sa\u00fade\u201d, destacou.<\/p>\n<p>Para o prefeito Rodolfo Mota, a gest\u00e3o eficiente do sistema de sa\u00fade exige profissionais capacitados. \u201cIncentivamos constantemente nossas equipes a participarem de cursos e capacita\u00e7\u00f5es, como o Progest\u00e3o.
