sexta-feira (07\/03) a din\u00e2mica das atividades. O objetivo \u00e9 ajustar fluxos e melhorar os processos internos, visando prestar um atendimento mais \u00e1gil e eficiente.<\/p>\n<p>A reuni\u00e3o foi conduzida por Rog\u00e9rio Ribeiro, que est\u00e1 assumindo a Secretaria Municipal da Fazenda. \u201cNos \u00faltimos dois meses foi feito um diagn\u00f3stico dos servi\u00e7os, dos processos e fluxos. Nosso objetivo \u00e9 que o cidad\u00e3o seja atendido com mais efici\u00eancia e para isso \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio revisar alguns procedimentos internos\u201d, avalia Ribeiro.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com ele, o diagn\u00f3stico realizado j\u00e1 trouxe \u00e0 atual gest\u00e3o a percep\u00e7\u00e3o das expectativas e necessidades do cidad\u00e3o. \u201cEstamos ouvindo os servidores que atuam no atendimento para entender os desafios di\u00e1rios e identificar melhorias que tornem o servi\u00e7o mais \u00e1gil e resolutivo\u201d, pontua Ribeiro.<\/p>\n<p>Participaram da reuni\u00e3o servidores de setores como protocolo, cadastro imobili\u00e1rio e econ\u00f4mico, entre outros.
